Established in 1996, The Kaster Alliance, Inc. is dedicated to providing skills-based coaching, custom-tailored developmental programs, and business management services designed to  enhance  business operational efficiency. We are committed to the professional application of our knowledge, experience and expertise to provide structure and direction for business and personal skills development.  Embedded in our core values is the belief that effective business skills are not a given, but a variable, to be tailored, nurtured and adapted to meet specific goals and objectives.

Profile

L.N. (Norm) Showers, the owner and President of The Kaster Alliance, Inc. is a 30-year veteran of business and industry. He has gained valuable training, management, and leadership experience from key functional positions at IBM, Siemens Information & Communications Networks and as a Commanding Officer in the United States Military.  Norm earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Brescia University in Owensboro, Kentucky in 1969.  He has done post graduate study at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio and University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida.   

 

Notable Achievements

Norm is a Certified Professional Trainer, a 2-term former  Chairman of the Fort Lauderdale, Florida SCORE (Counselors to America's Small Business) Chapter, coach and advisor to a number of business professional and small businesses owners in the South Florida area as well as an active board member of several non-profit organizations.

My Goal

Create satisfied clients by providing business advisory services, professional coaching, tailored training and developmental processes to assist business owners in increasing operational efficiency and professional skills enhancement.

My Message To You

What sets my business apart from other Development Specialist, Business Advisor and Coaching agencies is my experience in large corporations as well as start-up entrepreneurial companies. I have spent many years in sales, management and leadership positions in highly competitive business environments that required business knowledge, interpersonal communications skills, flawless execution and personal/professional ethics as barometers of success.
